This is an exciting opportunity to develop 2 projects and see them through to completion.
A Service/Project Manager post has arisen managing 2 projects at different stages of completion in and around Swindon. The successful candidate will be picking up both projects andmanaging their duration.
The projects deal with assisting clients with mental health issues into employment and providing employment support and guidance with benefits and entitlements.
The successful candidate will be managing a team of 4 through a change process and promoting the service locally.
Asound knowledge ofemployment law is necessary for this role as well as an understanding of the benefits system.
The successful candidate will be able to delegate effectively andhave strong influencing and presentation skills.
The ability to effectively project manage is essential.
