Production Maintenance Engineer Multi skilled

The vacancy is for a Multi Skilled Engineer to work as part of a team of engineers. The role will involve working as part of
the team to perform planned preventative maintenance and react to breakdowns on a range of machinery which includes high speed manufacturing, labeling, conveyor, belt systems and packaging machinery. Knowledge of steam equipment and boilers would be advantageous but not essential.
The individual should come from a either a mechanical or electrical background and MUST be multi skilled with
recognised qualifications such as City and Guilds, ONC, HNC, HND or equivalent. Having served a formal apprenticeship or having worked with PLC controls would be advantageous.
Candidates MUST have experience of performing a similar role in a manufacturing environment of which experience in any of the following industries would be suitable: Brewery, Dairy, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Food, High Speed Production , FMCG, Paper or similar.
The position is working for a manufacturing company based in Berkshire which is commutable from Bracknell, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Thatcham, Newbury, Reading and the surrounding areas.
The Salary for this position is 32,000 + benefits and bonus
Based on a double day shift working changing weekly 6:00- 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00
