A leading software house requires a Test Manager to essentially manage multiple projects and programmes on behalf of banks & financial organisations.
The general requirement is that you have a proven track record as a Test Manager (or Programme Test Manager) spanning over a number of years. In addition you will have managed teams of Test Team Leaders & Test Analysts operating on multiple projects within large organisations. In some cases you will be expected to manage less experienced Test Managers.
Any exposure to Banks & Building Societies would be a distinct advantage. ISEB Certification is a strong advantage.
