An exciting job opportunity has arisen working asa Purchase Ledger Manager for a company in Swindon. You will be responsible for managing a large team and improving processes. Duties will include:

- Ensuring the team are correctly inputting invoices
- Ensuring statements are correctly reconciled
- Looking at ways to continually improve processes and implementing procedures
- Reporting KPI's
- Work closely with the Sales Ledger department
- Ensure month end reconciliations are reconciled
- Manage, coach and train staff
- Responsible for disciplinarys and recruitment
- Deal with supplier issues
- Any other duties that are required
