Hi, my name's Tom and I'm a 23 year old guy working in an engineering job in Swindon town centre looking for a housemate(s) to share rent from the beginning of June or soon afterwards.
I'm very approachable, easy-going and enjoy going out in the evening but also enjoy living in a tidy, well kept house or flat. It would be great to find a place with someone I have a lot in common with and someone to socialise with, but additionally I'm often out at weekends so there's the opportunity to have the place to yourself now and again.
I've recently moved out of a house-share with the property owner, who I get on with really well but with it being her place I felt the need to find somewhere I could personalise to some extent. This is something the person I hope to share with would be free to join in with
Ideally looking for another sociable, friendly professional to seek a place to rent with new, clean furnishings and nice facilities. A monthy rent of 250-350 each should allow us to find a really nice place in the Swindon area. I've lived with all kinds of people before and have no issues regardless of gender/ background/ religion/ sexuality/ age so if you feel like catching up for a coffee or a drink some time to work something out that would be great.
