I am a 26 year old Female who is bubbly and very friendly im looking for someone similar to rent a room in my house in Old Town. Male or Female does not matter. I do shift work at a hospital in Marlborough so you will get the house to yourself now and again.
The room is a bright and airy double bedroom over looking the garden. Which will be ideal for BBQ's in the coming summer.
The house is newly decorated and is spacous and homely consisting of a lounge and dinning room. It has a light kitchen and Bathroom which will all be shared.
The house is within walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants, the Old Town gardens, the centre of Swindon is a 15 minute walk away.
Im looking for 360 a month which will include Gas, Electric and Water.
Home phone is available but will be a shared cost, as will be the cost of bathroom products like toilet rolls and cleaning products for example.
