3 4 Bedroom House wanted in West Swindon

Hi, we are relocating to Swindon due to my work at the end of July and are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house to rent, on as long term a basis as possible. We have 3 children, 2 goldfish & a cat :-)
Whilst we have living room & bedroom furniture, we would require the property to have a cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer & preferably a dishwasher but this is not essential.
We would prefer Grange Park or Freshbrook, but all areas of West Swindon considered. We are available to view most weekends, can provide a current landlord's reference & are happy to pay 2 month's rent in advance (1 month + deposit).
No agencies please, no offence but we would rather deal direct with our landlord, saves a lot of hassle!
