Job Title: eBay and Internet Sales along with packing/dispatching orders
Wage: 6.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5.30pm weekdays
Contract: Temp 1 month contract, if impressed, a further 3 month temp contract if we decide to keep you, the contract may become permanent.
Location: Market Drayton, Shropshire (Between Stoke and Shrewsbury)
Whats involved with the job?
You will be responsible for all eBay and website sales. You will need to communicate with customer enquiries, dispatch and pack all orders. You will also list new products. Delegation is an important skill. You need to complete all your tasks in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Handle ALL eBay and website enquiries
Take phone calls from customers
Dispatch and Pack ALL orders
Cross Sell products
List new products
Order products from suppliers
Put away stock in our warehouse as well as imputing stock into our software
Data inputting into accounting software
Skills required:
Be very fluent with eBay and the internet.
Excellent computer skills
Previous experience with eBay and ecommerce would be most helpful.
Good on the phone
Very organised and can delegate your tasks efficiently. Good time management is a must
Motivated
Fast worker and quick learner
Take responsibility for office duties
Be able to work unsupervised
Able to work to strict deadlines
Must be able to work as a team

The contract in detail
A temporary 1 month contract will offered to the successful applicant. This will be treated as a trial. If we feel you are not up to the job, we wont renew the contract. If you impress us in the trial month, we will renew temporary contract for a further 3 months. After that period, we may be in a position to offer you a permanent contract.
