Job Title: Head of Marketing and Communications

Reporting to: Executive Directors

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced professional Marketing and Communications Manager for a fast expanding restaurant chain, with three exciting brand concepts.

Key Roles:
Management of the small marketing team
Strategic direction of marketing activity across the three brands
Sales and Data analysis
Creative and online communications management and strategy
Management and implementation of all PR activity.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial approach with personal charisma and enthusiasm to be a dynamic representative of the company in all arenas.

Essential Attributes:
Passionate about the food and drink business
Extensive experience (at least 5 years) of marketing in a similar role, ideally with an agency background
Strong management, leadership and negotiation skills
Outstanding copywriting, presentational and communication skills
Extensive experience of creating, presenting and executing marketing strategies
Experience of working with advertising/media agencies
Experience of briefing and closely collaborating with Graphic Design Studios
Strong financial and budgeting skills
Good knowledge of new media.

Further Details:

The post will be based mainly in Birmingham City Centre and will also require some travel away from base to our 5 sites across the Midlands.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.
