We are looking for a Chef de partie to join a brigade of 6 chefs, producing high quality cuisine to a 2 rosette standard, working with fresh, local produce.
While experience is important, the head chef is more interested in candidates who have the passion, creativity and ambition to develop in to top class chefs.
Salary is dependant upon expeience but could go up to 18K for the right candidate.
