I have a 2 bed semi detatched house located in Ball Green in a nice quiet cul-de-sac with 2 shops within a 2minute walk and a primary school less than 5 minutes away. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroomed house in Sneyd Green or very very close, and am not bothered if it is need of a tatal overhaul as i just want to be near my mum, sister and friends which is the reason i want to exchange as i have 2 small girls and no car. My house has 2 nice sized gardens, which are fully enclosed and has just been decorated in neutral cream paint with the stairs, livingroom and largest bedroom all being fully lined. The house has a new kitchen, fire, combi-boiler and bathroom suite as well as new carpet in the largest bedroom and wood flooring in the livingroom. The stairs and bathroom are about to have new flooring so if something is agreed before fitting then you can choose. The smaller bedroom is in need of painting.
