We are seeking a Recruitment PA to work as part of a small friendly team based in a lovely listed building in central Winchester.
Family Match are a Childcare Recruitment Agency with offices in Winchester and London. We specialise in the provision of childcare professionals to private families, holiday companies and nurseries. We have 15 years experience in the sector and a reputation for excellent customer service. We work very hard but in a relaxed and fairly informal environment.
The Recruitment PA will support a busy Recruitment Consultant in all aspects of the recruitment process. This will include booking interviews for candidates, calling candidates about new jobs, undertaking reference checks, and all administrative support for that particular "desk".
There is also the opportunity for professional training in Recruitment and to undertake interviewing of candidates in Winchester and London.
This is an interesting and varied position requiring the ability to juggle many different tasks at the same time - and all with a smile!
