We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work as part of a small friendly team based in a beautiful listed building in central Winchester.
Family Match are a Childcare Recruitment Agency with offices in Winchester and London. We specialise in the provision of childcare professionals to private families, holiday companies and nurseries. We have 15 years experience in the sector and a reputation for excellent customer service. We work very hard but in a relaxed and fairly informal environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:-
Will be an achiever having previously worked in a target driven environment.
Will have a creative flair and the ability to write and produce candidate profiles in a professional manner in order to effectively market their skills and experience to our clients.
Will have strong organisational & time management abilities, and the determination to maintain high standards & attention to detail at all times.
Will be able to work effectively and positively under pressure.
Will be a good team player and willing to undertake whatever task is needed to get the job done.
