We work with budding recruitment entrepreneurs nationwide who would like to own their own business, but have a problem with the costs and legal complexities of both the launch & subsequent compliance of a new business. Our Clients range from lifestyle Recruiters working from home who have family or other commitments through to recruitment businesses turning over millions of pounds.
It is our goal to launch a ready made recruitment business tailored to the individual and then provide all the ongoing support systems required so that our client can focus 100% on generating fee incomes. Our aim is to provide a tailored package that enables the recruitment consultant to get on with the business of recruiting knowing that everything else is taken care of.
If you are an experienced recruiter, fed up of making money for someone else and wanting to go it alone, please get in touch. Ideally you will have a minimum of two years recruitment experience and confident in your entrepreneurial and commerical nous to succeed. You will own and manage your own business, target the type of recruitment you want to make and set your own targets. We can help you grow, develop and enabling the planning required to succeed. All you need to bring is your own Laptop, broadband connection and enthusiasm - You retain 70% of all billings.
