We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our busy office to assist in handling specialist litigated files and reports which include pre-litigated, small, fast & multi track litigation cases. It is essential you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the litigation process either through assisting on pre and post litigated files in civil/commercial litigation & insolvency/recovery practice. The position will include undertaking telephone calls and dealing with general queries, reviewing legal documents, drafting legal documents, letters, file management, liaising with parties involved in claims/new instructions and witnesses as well as instructions to Counsel.
Applicants that have claims management activities experience will prove advantageous.
Applicants should have a minimum requirement of LLB (Hons) and good understanding of the Consumer Credit Act (CCA), Enterprise Act (EA) and Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Salary/rate 20,000 - 24,000
