Hotel General Manager sales & marketing bias 2 Hotels
An experienced passionate and highly motivated Hotel General Manager with strong leadership and highly commercial sales and marketing skills is sought to manage two hotels in the South East. The position is with a major international Hotel company operating a diverse range of Hotel operations within the leisure and commercial markets.
The two hotels are in close proximity; one with a 4 star rating, 60 bedrooms, a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, C&B and leisure facilities. The second is an interesting old world coaching inn with a 3 star rating, 80 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and C&B facilities for up to 60 pax.

Main areas
- To plan develop and implement a robust business plan with a significant local sales and marketing plan for both hotels.
-To build and maintain a sales culture throughout the hotels and co-ordinate the activities of the sales team for both hotels.
-To identify innovative ways of driving new and existing MICE business into the hotels.
-To optimise commercial activities within a competitive environment to ensure the hotels' objectives are met.
-To monitor and optimise the profitability of all departments closely to achieve the budgeted GOP.
-To develop, define and maintain brand standards.
-To drive quality service making it a real and visible differentiator in the local marketplace.
-To build and maintain strong relationships and be an ambassador for the hotels within the local marketplace and community.
