Theatre Nurse / ODP Practitioner - Aneasthetic, Recovery, Scrub
An exciting position has arisen for an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP practitioner to join the theatre department within an established healthcare company located in Hampshire.
You will be a RGN / ODP with post qualification experience working in theatre scrub and anaesthetics or recovery with exposure to a variety of theatre procedures and essential experience within major operations including Orthopaedics including Spinal, Cosmetic, General, GI and Laparoscopic procedures.
The role requires you to works as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritising identified needs, implementing nursing actions and evaluates patient outcomes. You must also be able to maintain accurate clinical records and databases, participate in the development of standards, procedures and protocols. Required to participate in progressive improvement and quality improvement programs to improve your clinical practice whilst performing other duties within the scope of position as and when required.
