This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in the optical or laser industry to join an innovative and expanding organisation.

The Role:
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and vision for the company
- Ensuring the right strategy is in place and is being followed
- Developing an effective management structure and business processes
- Encourage value driven behaviours and maintain a culture of excellence and integrity
- Challenge the status quo, bring new ideas to the team and stimulate discussion
- Ensure sales activities generate sustainable growth and that targets and goals are met
The Person:
- A successful Sales Manager will have a proven track record in New Business and Account management
- You will have experience within the optical or laser industries / selling components within the industry or instrumentation that use lasers
- You will be motivated and tenacious
- You will be technically proficient
- An engineering background would be useful
- Have experience in managing people
The Package:
Our client is offering a competitive remuneration package:
- Basic up to 40,000
- Uncapped bonus scheme with realistic OTE of 60,000
