You will be an experienced Quality Manager with a background in Hi-Tech and advanced manufacturing operations (i.e. Electronics, Opto-electronics, and Avionics) who has a track record in continuous improvement and ISO9001 standards.
You will be a pro-active, leader who demonstrates the importance of quality throughout the business, you will operate and maintain the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that the business meets the requirement set. You will audit both internal and external systems as well as manage the quality of products provided by suppliers.
The company has an excellent order book for the next 12 months and is looking to implement new product to already successful portfolio of products over the next year.
The company is paying and attractive salary circa 40,000 plus excellent benefits including bonus, pension, and private healthcare and other incentives to attract highly experienced Quality Managers.
The company is based in Southampton as is commutable from Portsmouth, Andover, Basingstoke, Fareham, Havant and other locations in Hampshire and Dorset.
