We're a small company of two pubs which are looking for an enthusiastic hard working chef to drive our newest venture in North Baddesley forward.
The pub has a history of being very popular with food but has been neglected for a number of years so will require imagination and determination to build the food product back to the thriving business it once was.
As well as a good quality pub lunch menu, we are also currently offering Carvery's, Curry nights and a variety of other promotional eveings, the right candidate will also be involved in completing the food product which is currently on offer
The candidate will be responsible for all areas of the kitchen including ordering, preparation, service, and health, safety and hygiene of the kitchen.
Salary is negotiable, and also performance related with bonuses.
