A leading software house developing Web-based Marketing applications has an immediate requirement for a professional, committed and highly talented Sales and Marketing Director to join them at their offices in Berkshire.
Focusing on their Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Software you will be totally committed to achieving success for the company and as Sales and Marketing Director it is essential that you have a previous track record of successfully launching / taking a new software product to market.
As Sales and Marketing Director it is essential that you have sold to corporate customers, preferably on behalf of a software vendor (and ideally Marketing Software or ERP or SAS or CRM etc) and have made a significant contribution to one or more SMEs through a growth plan, ideally in the IT/Software sector.
It is very important that you have implemented/managed a sustainable sales process accompanied by an effective reporting mechanism and ideally have a network of contacts in the target markets and have the ability to open doors into new sectors.
As Sales and Marketing Director you will gain thorough understanding of the current product suite, research potential markets and identify any gaps' that are either essential for the target market, or desirable to extend the potential market.
You will be responsible for creating a detailed Sales and Marketing plan identifying the skills and resources needed to execute the plan. A more detailed job description is available upon request.
The most important thing is that you are totally committed to achieving success and as such would become a director of the company which would include an equity stake / shares in the company.

Salary: Circa 80,000 basic OTE of 120k+
