Following a fantastic year full of new account wins, additions to our product set and growth in our existing business, we are looking to build upon our excellent service credentials in recruiting for a Service Administrator.

Vacancy
Our Professional Services team are highly skilled consultants implementing, supporting and advising our customers in all aspects of Network Security. This position will drive the communication, scheduling and reporting of the team to attain higher levels of professionalism and customer service.
Role :
The role will encompass liaising with customers and the service team to schedule work, monitor support calls and updates and providing reporting to the team and management on progress and SLAs.
Personality :
Were looking for a bright, self starting, motivated person with a positive outlook. Good communication and persuasiveness skills combined with a solid work ethic and high personal standards are also attributes that are essential for this role.
Skills :
You will be able to show that you have a strong background in administration and scheduling with communication with customers being key. Ideally you will also work in a technical arena where not having an understanding of the subject matter doesnt slow you down.
Package :
The package for this position is negotiable depending on personality and experience, but will be highly competitive.
On top of the basic salary, SP run regular incentives which have included trips to Spain, quarterly lunch experiences at top restaurants and casino nights.
