This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance engineer to work on a brand new building based in Guildford
You will be in charge of maintenance duties for the building, liaising with sub-contractors and dealing with the day today running of the building
As this is such a new buildingandstill under guarantee the main role in the beginning will be to manage all the contractors, report faults and arrange repairs.
Italian speakers or a good understanding of the language would be a real advantage but not essential
