Chef Manager required in Winnersh ,Reading, must be able to manage a team of 4 in a busy 400 on site restaurant.
Be NVQ level 2 and 3 qualified or equivalent, Basic Food Hygiene and Level 2 Health and safety essential. Be highly motivated and innovative.
Provide evidence of a visa to be able to work in the UK.
Good knowledge of Purchasing, Food and menu costing, be able to guide and train all staff.
Maintain profit and gross margin on a monthly basis.
Good Front of House and customer service skills
Monday to Friday, no weekends
Salary 19K plus
