Following a fantastic year full of new account wins, additions to our product set and growth in our existing business, we are looking to increase our reach in the UK corporate sector with the recruitment of two experienced technical consultants.
As a specialist in the field of Internet & Network Security, we work in partnership with market leading vendors such as Checkpoint, Nokia, Websense and Sourcefire to name a few. By providing choice and expertise, SP enable our customers to access their IT resources but with the tools to do this securely, protecting company reputation, profits and confidential information.
Our portfolio of services are ideally targeted towards the mid market sector, where our customer service energy can offer a real differentiator.
Vacancy
Role :
To provide consultancy, support and pre-sales services to our corporate and public sector customers. As a service driven organisation SPs key focus is always on customer service and this guides everything we do. From the detail of project plans to the unique way we provide engineer led support with no first line you will be required to always go the extra mile to ensure the ultimate customer experience.
Personality :
Were looking for a bright, self starting, motivated person with a highly professional work ethic. You will already have experience of installing and supporting the key products that SP work with and will be looking to develop your skills further.
Skills :
As already noted SP have a series of key products that they require any candidate to be experienced on. SP are recruiting for two individuals with complimentary skill sets. The first will have knowledge of Check Point and its various operating system bases to an exceptional level and be able to provide 2nd and 3rd level support along with consultancy to our customer base immediately. The second will come from a strong content led background and will be able to provide strong 2nd and 3rd level support and consultancy on a combination of Bluecoat, Ironport and Websense.
Package :
The package for this position is negotiable depending on personality and experience, but will be highly competitive, including a good mix of basic salary, car allowance and on-call allowance.
On top of the basic salary, SP run regular incentives which have included trips to Spain and Las Vegas, quarterly lunch experiences at top restaurants and casino nights.
