My client is urgently seeking an additional IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line Support for three UK sites, based out of their Twickenham offices. You will join a rota system to provide additional out of hours cover.

You will be tested at interview stage and the key technical skills we are looking for include:

Windows OS's server and workstation in a 2000/2003 Active Directory infrastructure.
Business class Telephony Systems
LAN and WAN infrastructures.
TCP/IP based networking.
MS Office
Veritas/Arcserve and other industry standard Backup suites
Trend anti-virus suite.
Microsoft SQL Server
Data Processing using Excel, SQL, various other tools
User Account Management processes

You will b dealing wit queries across the business so the ability to prioritise work schedules is essential. You must also have first class communication an personal skills.
