Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager you will be fully responsible for a team of 30-40 staff.
The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager to ensure that the restaurant is running as smoothly as possible.
The Restaurant Managers main responsibilities are all based around the day to day running of the store and are as follows,
Full P&L accountability for the store
Recruitment, training and staff development for new starters and current team members
Managing multi-skilled individuals and recognising strengths and areas needing improvement and implementing these changes to ensure a fully skilled team
Ensuring that housekeeping is of a high standard and the presentation of the store represents the strong brand name that they represent
Ensuring that all Health & Safety and legal requirements are being adhered to
Maximising team performance and productivity are to the required level thus ensuring customer service levels are being met and customer satisfaction is 100%
Dealing with all aspects of purchasing and stock control
Requirements
As a Restaurant Manager, you must be able to deliver the company standards to the highest of levels. You must be able to lead and motivate and have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You have to have a proven track (2 years in a similar role) record as a Restaurant Manager and have a very hands on' approach in getting the job done. Brand awareness is so very important and as the Restaurant Manager, and thus the public promoter of the household name, you will need to fully support and believe in the corporate image.
