Housekeeping and childcare for two boys

We need a female nanny/mother's help to start as soon as possible. My sons are active, fun, high spirited and sociable. We need a responsible, reliable caring and fun person to look after them after school four days per week (Monday to Thursday) until 7.15pm.
We need some flexibility, equally we will be flexible where we can be. Some occasional babysitting too would be helpful.
Required:
All applicants must have:
previous nanny/mother's help experience
excellent checkable references
love playing with children
be responsible and firm yet
fun and energetic
be able to speak good english
be in the UK
and planning to stay for at least 18 months
be a non smoker.
Responsibilities include:
collecting from school (5 minute drive from home)
cooking evening meal
washing and ironing
light household chores
sorting out his clothes/bedroom after school
ocassional morning school run and overnight babysitting when I am away
