Great opportunity to join global organisation in Pensions Administration, developing skills and knowledge within the occupational pension schemes sector with opportunity to move into senior and then Team Manager roles.
We are currently recruiting for Pension Administrators who will be responsible for day to day administration, processing pension scheme information, dealing with occupational schemes, including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in /out and benefits statements and renewals.
It is essential that the Pensions Administrator has experience in occupational pension schemes - DB / DC , relevant experience with exposure to technical issues relating to pension scheme legislation, ability to transfer technical knowledge to more junior staff.
At Pension Administration level you will be dealing with the administration of Occupational Pension Schemes, preferably DC, carrying out calculations and providing high level of customer service.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Pension Administrator will be:
Involvement of Occupational Pension Schemes
Management of schemes
Supply data requirements
Providing solutions to schemes members
Identifying and refining work flow
Attending regular team meetings
Supporting junior members of staff
Ideal Pensions Admin candidate:
Should have experience or knowledge of occupational pensions , ideally DC / DB
Experience of pension calculations
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
