The house is only an 8-minute walk into the centre of town, and 10 minutes to the train station, so it is a really great location. There is a friendly real ale pub in on the street. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail; there are also wall-mounted shelves. Further storage is available in the loft if required.
The shared facilities include a stylish sitting room with brown-leather sofa, brown-leather coffee table and 42" plasma TV, a recently modernised kitchen with washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, and a modern bathroom with power-shower and under-floor heating. There is also a small, recently landscaped patio garden at the rear of the property; a fantastic space for BBQs and parties in the summer.
The house is currently occupied by two friendly and sociable young-professional men who both work in the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a clean and tidy non-smoker who wishes to live somewhere a little more upmarket. Preferably between the ages of 21 and 35.
