This is an outstanding opportunity to work within an award winning business that holds a huge presence in the world of Commercial Recruitment. They have a vast number of branches throughout the UK, they promote an unrivalled service to all clients and candidates and continue to be a leading name amongst other recruitment businesses.
They are currently inviting local Senior Recruitment Consultants / Recruitment Team Leaders to join them, during a maternity cover to develop the branch even further. This is a billing role and will suit a very strong Perms Consultant with the ability to lead a team of already established Consultants.
The purpose of this role is to run a very successful perms desk in line with the vision of the company, to maximise branch sales by installing inspiration and drive into the already established team and ultimately be responsible for managing budgets and overheads.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you are a current Perms Recruitment Consultant with over 3yrs solid experience (preferably with one employer), you are able to demonstrate success in people management and that you have a natural passion for the industry, drive, self-motivation and the ability to motivate and enthuse others.
