Office Manager/Administrator required for a security company within the Portsmouth area to provide support to the centre in a variety of administrative duties.

Main duties include:
* Ensuring the smooth management of the office
* Ordering office supplies
* Ordering staff PPE
* Ordering uniforms
* Managing supplier invoices
* Producing company letters
* Assisting the Business Manager
* General diary management
* Minute taking during meeting

If you are a confident manager, have excellent organisational skills and have a background within the security industry apply immediately.
