Experienced Office Administrator/Secretary Required for Immediate start

My client are seeking an experienced, motivated office administrator to work within a Pharmaceutical Industry. You must be focused and results driven with a continuous improvement orientation.

This individual will be accountable to the Operations Director for delivering the office administration needs of the business and developing internal administrative and supporting systems

In addition, the individual will be expected to support the development and implementation of Project and Portfolio Management, providing administrative support in the collation of various reports.
General duties will include

Hours of work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary 17,000 -21,000 dep on experience

Taking ownership of ALL office administration systems and procedures.
Being responsible for managing the portfolio review and update process across the site and across all stakeholders
Being responsible for defining and applying generic template standards to facilitate report generation
To generate routine reports for management meetings, to analyse work load and productivity including
oCosts (capital/revenue etc)
oHours against target
oPerformance against client pay points to identify areas through reporting where the business can improve
Develop and implement an appropriate internal communication forum- make sure the office are very process driven
Manage the generation and subsequent revision control of client proposals- assisting with presentations , SLAs and tender documents
To support clients with general assistance on behalf of management
To support all with administrative duties IE typing of letters , distribution of post etc


The ideal candidate MUST have/be:

Previous experience of working within a busy administrative role
Previous experience of having sole responsibility for all administrative functions within a business
Effective and interdependent partnering skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Professional, courteous and credible both internally and externally
Detail focused
Confident in a pressured environment
Have previous experience within a pharmaceutical or similar business would be an advantage although not essential
Have previous experience of working within a process driven and high pressured business
