Inbound Customer service advisors required to work in a large professional company based in Portsmouth.​ Full time opportunities available to start ASAP.
We are currently looking for full time customer service advisors to work within a dynamic team on behalf of one of the UK's largest TV broadcasters.​
You will be responsible for taking a range of Inbound calls - queries, arranging installations, liasing with engineers, amending existing packages on customers request etc
We are looking for people who have strong communicative skills. Previous customer service experience and IT skills are prefered but not essential.
Duties will include:
* To take inbound calls from customers dealing with a range of questions.
*To assist customers with their enquiries, you will have to keep up to date with product knowledge and full training will be given.
*To process all details onto the systems. Good data entry skills will be essential
*Assist any customers who may want to amend or question an existing booking or enquiry
Hours available:
40 hours per week on a shift rota, hours vary from 8am - 10pm
With every shift you must be available to work alternate weekend shifts and days will be given off during the week
Salary : 6.​00 per hour plus bonus
