Relief Restaurant Manager required for 4 star property to look after a team and busy restaurant in the Portsmouth area. Wanted to start immediately 6 - 8 weeks. Live in provided but you will need a car as accommodation is NOT on site
Job Description
To look after the Restaurant and supervise and manage the team
Reporting to the GM
Making staff rotas
Providing an experience for guests
Full customer care
Required Experience
Team Management 3 to 4 years experience as a restaurant manager or F and B manager
Previously worked in a hotel min of 60 bedrooms
You will be used to high volume covers and meet the needs of this busy hotel
service orientated
Leads by example, and from the front, fully hands on and operational.
Salary 20,000 - 24,000 dependant on experience. For relief interim this would be paid on a monthly basis.
