Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa, in Haslemere, is looking for a Housekeeper 18 000/year :
Key responsabilities :
- to ensure that all bedrooms & public areas are serviced and cleaned daily
- to ensure that VIP rooms receive the designated extras
- to liaise with General Manager and notify areas needing attention
- to ensure that staff are coached and trained to perform their duties effectively
- to draw up duty rotas and ensure that manning levels are correct
- to ensure that adequate supplies of cleaning materials are available
- to ensure effective communications through attending meetings and imparting information at regularly held staff meetings
- as required, prepare and submit all information necessary for budgeting purposes
- to ensure that salary variations and administrative returns are completed correctly and submitted on time
What we are looking for :
- good team player
- previous experience in 3 or 4 stars hotel as Housekeeping Supevisor or higher level
- attention to details
- good communication and management skills
Eligibility & Expiry:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
