Urgentt wanted relible Volunteer for a busy swimming pool for dogs
Duties include:
Customer Service and Admin Duties
 Meeting and greeting customers
 Answering the telephone and dealing with face to face enquiries
 Booking and amending appointments
 Keeping customer records accurate and up-to date.
 Faxing Vets for pets suitability for swimming or hydrotherapy
 Ensuring Reception area is free of debris and is clean and tidy at all times.
 IT work in accordance to experience and on-site training.
Dog Handling Duties
 Weighing in of pet on arrival.
 Shampooing pre-swim and post-swim
 Drying the dogs if required by client
 Assisting to fit dog life jackets/harnesses and ear protectors.
 Lead pet to Pool
 Hand pet to nominated person in the pool
General Duties
 Prepare dog shower area
 Ensure adequate shampoo available
 Clean and dry towels are available
 Brush hair from harnesses
 Ensure shower/bath area is clean and ready for next client.
 Clean/mob and dry shower area floor (especially if wet)
 Hoover the mats Am and mop continually throughout the day.
 Clean the pool as and when required - daily
Flexible hours to suit such as weekends saturday and sunday and to late evening possible some weekday
