Director of Customer Quality Assurance

Your role will be to lead the customer quality assurance of a leading manufacturing business in order to achieve this you must have strong background in technical and product development. You will act as a key liaison between major customers and the product development teams while liaising closely with the quality, procurement and operational teams.
You will be a natural leader who can demonstrate excellent business and commercial awareness this will be supported by a background in Engineering or programme management that includes experience with Electronic, Software, Mechanical and Electrical systems. The key areas of the role will be to lead customer issue resolution, provide technical direction to world wide customer quality engineering teams and direct cross functional support across the development and operational teams.
You will have a background in a High Technology Product Development Environment with experience of Project and Programme Management; experience within a Multi National organisation would be an advantage.
You will be Degree Educated in a technical discipline and ideally hold business or Project/Programme Management qualifications (MBA/Prince 2 Etc).
The company is paying circa 75000 plus company car/Allowance, Pension, Bonus, and healthcare, you will be expected to travel internationally within the position.
