Sous Pastry Chef required for new hotel in Alderney
Sous Pastry Chef required for privately owned luxury hotel, We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sous Pastry chef to join this hugely talented brigade.
As the Sous Pastry chef your role will involve supporting the Head Chef in the creation of quality desserts for this gorgeous hotel.
The Sous Pastry chef will run the pastry department. The successful Pastry Sous Chef will come from a 3 or 4 star hotel.
