Situated just off the A3 in Hampshire, there is a reputable country pub, offering great fresh food in a relaxed environment.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a full time, live in senior sous chef to join our team, preparing fresh inspired specials, as well as a core menu of fresh traditional dishes, with an emphasis on seafood.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about food and working with fresh produce, and previous experience of cooking with fresh ingredients is required.

Working an average 45 hours plus per week, over five days, we offer a competitive pay rate, which will be dependant on your current skill levels. Accommodation with utility bills included, a meal whilst on duty, will also be provided.

We also offer great opportunities to develop your skills further not only in house, but through company catering courses and development programs.
