This is a massive flat top broads cruiser (37f long, 12 ft wide) (41 sqm) with 2 double bedroom with individual wash basins, wood interior, loads of storage space, in the helm is the sitting area including folding table. The benches can be turned into 3 further beds. The whole front roof can slide back creating a massive terrace in the summer. 2 lockable entrances.
Just passed boat safety scheme last month. New hob. Defould last year.
Currently out of the water to get complete compounding and polishing job and to check the hull and props.
RARE: This boat still has its original gel coat in good order!
Please note: Currently moored in the Norfolk broads in a lovely small marina with loads of wildlife on a private island. You may well be able to take over the mooring.
Local train station 3 min. walking with direct connections to Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Ample free parking at marina.
