Everyday Miracles is a fun, dynamic small company providing quality activity workshops for the elderly in Care Homes.

We have recently launched a franchise to enable us to grow throughout the UK and our new office in Ashburton (TQ13) will be a hub for our growth. We require an extraordinary person to combine several roles including; office manager/general manager/executive PA rolled into one..

This role will require large amounts of organisation and the ability to use your initiative.
Training is available where required.

Skills/Qualities
good computer and web literacy, preferably with apple macs
work under pressure and to deadlines
well organised
great people skills
sense of humour
common sense

Responsibilities;
managing projects
producing reports
running/ managing our new office and working closely with MD.
daily admin routines, including creating reports
diary management
PAYE, NI, insurances office management
managing expenses and budgets
office beaurocracy
setting up and managing systems

A high level of integrity is necessary and a history of personal development work would be a bonus.

Remuneration from 350 pw. depending upon experience and track record.

There is plenty of room for growth in both income and responsibility.
