NO LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION - SO CHEFS LOCAL TO PLYMOUTH/SOUTH DEVON WOULD BE IDEAL
My client is a beautiful hotel in the Plymouth/South Devon area seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their team to help them achieve further rosettes. This wouldn't be there main focus as they would be looking to strengthen their team and create new idea's for their menu.
The position would cater a strong Chef de Partie seeking a motivating challenge and to be kept busy and look to further career for the better. You will have worked as a Chef de Partie for a minimum of 2 years and have the fire in your belly to want a career. Working under the Chef you will learn more and more each day and give you an array of opportunities to progress further.
Having strength on all sections will be essential (additional knowledge in pastry is ideal but not essential) because within 6 months to a years time you will be considered for a more senior role to train more junior members of staff with also carrying out some more managerial duties.
For the right chef a salary up to 16,500 is on offer with no live in accommodation. Please note that applicants with own transport of means of transport will be considered in the first instance due to location.
