Non Smoking Live In Au Pair Required

We are the Dicken family from Cardiff we are looking for a fun, energetic caring gir/boyl to help with our 3 energetic boys.
Importantly for us is that the boys are happy and healthy and their needs are met. At the same time we want you to be happy and enjoy your time with us. We are very easy going people. My husband works long hours and is sometimes away overnight for a night or two. On occassions I like to go away with him so you will have control of the children and house.
We have 2 bunny rabbits Bugsy and Snowball who live in a lovely hutch outside. We also have marine fish which are absolutely stunning.
We love going to the beach, park, bowling, cinema etc.When I have help it is so much easier to go to different places. I struggle a little when it's just me and the boys.
We enjoy travelling and love going on holidays our last au pairs came on holiday with us to Florida for 3 weeks and to Majorca, we all had an amazing time. We would also invite you to join us on our holidays if you become our au pair, we would obviously pay for your flight, accomodation and food.
We have a holiday booked in July for 2 weeks in Portugal which if you became our au pair would ask you to join us.
We have a few questions for you:
1. When would you be able to start?
2. How long are you able to stay?
3. Do you have a CRB check?
4. Do you have a first aid certificate?
5. Do you love kids?
You would obviously live with us and have your own bedroom with a tv and dvd player. The house has wireless broadband internet that you could use from your bedroom if you have your own laptop, otherwise we have a computer you can use.. We have a large house with 2 living rooms one of which you could use if you wanted some time to yourself. We have a nice size garden for the children to play in.
We wouldn't expect you to have to pay for any food or living expenses. We would also give you money to take the children out, we would not expect you to pay for any of their activities or food.
We employ a cleaner and so would not expect you to do to much housework, just help keep your room and the kids toys tidy and maybe some ironing.
We have had a number of au pairs and the start of pay is usually 55 however, we are open to negotiation depending on qualifications, attitude and helpfulness.
