Income and Rents Team Leader (Credit Control)

Our client has an immediate need for a strong credit controller to manage the companys computerised housing rent accounting system, supervising the timely collection and management of rents and recovery of arrears.

The successful candidate will have a experienced background in credit control. Knowledge and experience of managing housing rents and arrears recovery would be beneficial however not essential.

You will be experienced in staff management, highly numerate and literate with strong IT knowledge. You will be able to plan and manage your own workload to achieve deadlines, work on your own initiative and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will be a fixed term contract until end March 2010 for 30 hours per week however full time maybe considered.
