South Devon based company are looking for a Financial Controller to take charge of the day to day finances of the business. This will be a demanding role working for a company that is expanding rapidly and is projecting a promising future on the world stage.
Variance analysis to include tracking forecasted sales to actual sales and budgeted forecasted costs to actual costs.
Generation of financial models and what if financial scenarios
Management of all journals and ledgers
Cash book payments, receipts and bank reconciliations.
Payroll & returns
VAT returns, VAT inspections and any HMRC queries.
Inventory Controls plus fixed asset register. .
The right candidate will be a fully qualified graduate with at least 5 years prior experience ideally gained within a small company, preferably within a manufacturing/technical environment.
Ideally you will also be experienced with financial database integration ideally ERP systems and confidence in setting up systems
