One of the top AWARD WINNING marketing agencies outside of London is seeking a Client Services Director to work on some very high profile clients in the IT and Technology sector.
Role
As Client Services Director you will deliver leadership and relationship management to some of the agency's major accounts whilst delivering outstanding marketing solutions and service to clients and ensuring return on investment.
This is a pivotal role within the agency and will involve constant communication with clients, therefore it is vitally important that your communication skills are second to none and you have a proven track record in developing and maintaining exceptional client relationships at a senior level.
Client satisfaction is paramount as this agency pride themselves on the fact that they have extremely high client retention and have been working with a number of the same clients since day 1!
As Client Services Director you must have a firm understanding of client marketplaces and industry developments and be able to accurately forecast and deliver against revenue and profit targets.
Experience
You must have a solid marketing background having preferably qualified in marketing or be degree qualified.
IT or Technology experience is essential.
Either client side or agency experience.
Team management skills are a must.

The salary range is 55,000 to 85,000 plus holiday and a pension scheme, this is depending on experience.
