Established in 1999 as part of the Makena Group, our client represents all segments of the hotel, venue and hospitality industry. With a strong focus on customer service, the company has become the industry champion - one of the largest hotel and conference booking agencies, placing millions of business around the world each year. We are looking for enthusiastic and self motivated Executives to join our team and sell directly to decision makers.

This is not a traditional employed role. It is an opportunity for experienced
entrepreneurial sales professionals to build a genuine income stream for life in exchange for developing business in almost any market in the UK. An initial 2 months of focused effort will generate in excess of 3,000 per month. The company pays expenses occurred in the first weeks.

Fantastic commission structure with cash incentives on realistic, self-set targets.

You must be able to generate new leads on your own initiative and be able to plan & manage your time efficiently.

The job will have occasional (paid) travel and there are no restrictions in any way of markets, territory or timing. You must have your own telephone and a broadband internet connection.

The role:
- Telesales with some client visits
- Experience in speaking with and selling to high-level management, senior secretaries
- Selling the hotel and venue booking concept
- Establishing and developing a new client base of potential long terms relationships
- Reporting upwards on a weekly basis with accurate forecasts on potential sales
- Identifying new sources of revenue

The person:
- Proven track record in B2B Sales with minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience in Advertising or Events sales (preferable)
- Enjoys being part of a small team environment
- Able to use initiative and self-motivate
- Enjoys engaging with potential new clients and the hunt for new business
- Capable of account managing and up selling existing clients based on their objectives and budgets
- Must be driven by personally achieving targets and making high commissions
