This job is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding multi-lingual customer service team for an international hi-tech company.It will be appointed on a rolling 12-month contract basis. Duties include:
- Providing first hand support with queries from retail and technology clients.
- Building up professional working relationships with store managers and staff over the telephone.
- Communicating product information via telephone to stores.
- Establishing sales in store, along with other various information
- Making appointments for the Sales Representative at stores that require a visit. Candidatesshouldexpectto work some evening and weekend hours from time to time.
