This company collects data from patients using a mobile phone, that data is then processed and presented in an easy-to-interpret form, direct to the patients using the system, and to their healthcare professionals. The Nurse Advisor will specialise in providing office based support to patients with Diabetes Care, COPD and Blood pressure management. Together with observing patients using a secure website and give feedback and advice to help reduce the complications that can arise from long term conditions. Candidates must be Nurse qualified and should have strong IT and exceptional people skills' over the phone.
